Anti Doping Lab Qatar is seeking a seasoned Training and Development Leader to design and implement programs that grow technical and behavioral skills across the organization.

You will perform annual training needs analyses, design interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools), and measure impact to drive performance, coaching, and talent development across departments. This role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong LMS expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Education/HR/Business or related; Master’s preferred; CIPD/ATD certifications a plus.
• 7–10 years in training/career development with strong facilitation and evaluation skills.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning and excellent communication and problem solving.

About The Role
