Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and create test strategy and plan.
• Assign tasks and oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional testing types.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Lead and mentor the testing team across multiple projects and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management.
