Job summary

GET Group in Qatar seeks an exceptionally skilled QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for large-scale Design & Build infrastructure projects on a full-time basis. You will direct QA/QC systems, manage ITPs, site inspections, NCRs, and audits, coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure excellence in delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of relevant experience, mandatory ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and UPDA/MMUP certifications, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience in construction/infrastructure with GCC tenure.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and UPDA/MMUP certification required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Direct QA/QC systems for large infrastructure projects.
• Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and material approvals.
• Oversee site inspections, testing, NCRs, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Lead audits, documentation, and handover dossiers.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual specs.
