Responsibilities

Review requirements and understand scope of work.
Create test strategy and plan.
Assign tasks and oversee test design, execution, and defect management.
Ensure coverage of functional and non-functional testing types.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Lead and manage the testing team across multiple projects.
Mentor and coach team members for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management.
