The role requires strategic sales planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear client value while maintaining data-driven performance tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT/Telecom sales experience with 2–3 years in sales leadership.
• Experience in complex and/or smart solutions.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed-line products and advanced telecom solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic or other target languages fluency is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed team targets with a focus on promoting complex fixed-line and smart telecommunication solutions
• Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their knowledge of advanced solutions and improve their sales performance
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of fixed-line and smart solutions
• Monitor team performance using data-driven approaches offering regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement
• Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth
• Engage with stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives and client needs
• Act as an escalation point for client issues ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
