Employment is seeking a Field force Service Consultant in Doha to drive sales of telecom connections through direct customer engagement in various field locations. You will prospect, present products, and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires proactive outreach, daily travel within the territory, and flexible hours to meet customer availability. You will report to the Field force Team Leader/Retail Manager and contribute to hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field is a plus.
• Experience in outdoor/field sales with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers.

Responsabilités

• Sell telecom services (mobile, data plans) directly to customers in assigned areas.
• Prospect leads via door-to-door, corporate visits, and other face-to-face channels.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community interactions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with post-sale support and CRM data entry.
• Track sales progress and report to Team Leader/Retail Manager.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics to adjust strategy.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
