Job summary

SmarTax in Qatar is seeking a dynamic sales coordinator to drive outbound calls introducing SmarTax's tax, accounting and business advisory services, while handling inbound enquiries. You will qualify needs, convert interest into scheduled consultations, and maintain CRM records; you will coordinate with Meeting Team / Sales & Marketing, and support engagement letters and invoicing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce SmarTax's tax, accounting and business advisory services.
• Handle inbound enquiries, qualify interest and needs, and convert them into scheduled consultations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every call, lead status and follow-up in the CRM.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads on a defined cadence until conversion or disqualification.
• Hand off qualified leads to the Meeting Team / Sales & Marketing team with complete context.
• Support the downstream process - engagement letters, invoicing and payment follow-up - for converted clients as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification and meetings booked.
• Report call activity and pipeline status to the Head of Operations on a regular schedule.
