The Holding Group of Companies in Doha is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead / Software Engineering Team Lead to steer our software development team from planning through deployment. You will guide architecture decisions, review code, and mentor developers across mobile apps, websites, dashboards, and enterprise systems.

We require a hands-on leader with 6+ years of software development and a strong background in architecture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading a software development team
• Ability to review code and mentor developers
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design
• Proven ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English
