The incumbent will help select optimal development platforms and ensure that user requirements are met with the most effective tools available in the IT market. Excellent communication in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with report-writing ability.
• Understanding of laws, regulations, and practices; able to drive initiatives with integrity.
• Planning, organizing, and analytical abilities; strong EA documentation skills.
