Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with agile project management and tools like Jira, Asana, Trello.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a software development team and guide growth.
• Lead projects, manage resources and timelines to deliver high-quality code.
• Design, develop and test scalable software solutions with modern languages.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure feasible designs.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Resolve complex technical issues and monitor system performance.
• Stay current with technologies and participate in professional activities.
• Work with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve UX and performance.
• Ensure quality through testing and automated test maintenance.
