Job summary

Workwavez is seeking a Technical Analyst in Doha, Qatar, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical analysis and IT systems. The role focuses on understanding technical requirements, analyzing IT systems and applications, investigating issues, and coordinating solutions between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

The successful candidate will contribute to incident and service-request analysis, technical documentation, testing and UAT support, and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in technical analysis, IT systems, or a closely related role.
• Hands‑on experience with technical requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and application analysis.
• Experience investigating technical issues and supporting troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze incidents and service requests.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical requirements clearly.
• Candidates should have hands‑on technical analysis or IT systems experience, rather than experience limited to administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify technical requirements.
• Analyze IT systems and applications to identify business and technical needs.
• Investigate technical issues and support troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate requirement clarification and solution development with relevant teams.
• Analyze incidents and service requests to identify appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation.
