We are working with a Major Oil & Gas operator to source a Systems Completion Coordinator. This is a long-term contract role. Please see details below.
Title: Systems Completion Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice)
Location: Onshore Qatar Site - Ras Laffan
Working Schedule: 5 days per week / 8-10 hours per day or as per project requirement
Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure that the SC requirements are adequately reflected up-front during FEED in the ORP’s for projects under department umbrella (CAT I-III).
- Coordinate and ensure alignment amongst project specific SC procedure and department Handover procedure in terms of milestones, schedule and deliverables.
- Assists Completions & Handover Lead in drafting, review, comments resolution and approvals of ORP’s.
- Maintain access and monitor Completion Management System (SC software and database) of multiple projects and to report SC status as per department requirements and format.
- Coordinate the availability of department resources to participate in project SC activities; such as walkthroughs, inspections, check sheets completion and punch list generation and close-out.
- Ensures high quality punch description submission to projects and review their timely close- out and verification. Ensure due diligence around punch list dilution in line with company requirements.
- Ensures timely review and approval of commissioning and start-up (RFSU) dossiers and certificates by the relevant department resources.
- Provides input to department’s weekly and monthly reports in relation with the SC status and deliverables.
- Ensures that project specific commissioning procedures, work packs, Turnover and Completion Packages (TCP's) are developed and implemented in accordance with company Systems Completion procedures and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge and Key Skills 6 years' multi-disciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry encompassing areas such as SC management and projects interface and coordination.
- Exposure in managing SC database and multi-party coordination to ensure meeting project SC deliverables.
