15+ years total experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in higher education.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level leadership and direction for a university-wide strategy for Academic Affairs.
Advise the President on academic plans, policies, and procedures aligned with UDST’s strategic goals.
Develop partnerships with higher education institutions, industry, and government bodies to advance UDST’s mission.
Lead development and implementation of UDST’s academic strategy and ensure policy implementation across divisions.
Monitor KPIs and budget related to the Academics Division and drive continuous improvement.
