Job summary

Experience is seeking a Training Manager to collaborate with Operations to identify and align technical training needs with business goals. Lead annual planning, calendar development, KPI tracking, and budget management while ensuring quality delivery and records accuracy.

You will manage LMS updates, create data-driven reports, and prepare technical training materials. Engage SMEs and external vendors to enhance programs and ensure timely, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in training planning and delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and LMS.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Experience with SAP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with Operations management and employees.
• Support annual training plans, KPIs, training catalogue, and calendar preparation.
• Identify training resources, materials, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate training delivery, logistics, venues, attendance, and records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage training systems, registrations, LMS updates, and reports.
• Prepare technical training presentations, reports, and data analysis.
• Source OEM vendors, training providers, consultants, and specialists.
• Coordinate training execution within contracts, timelines, budgets, and requirements.
• Enhance technical training programs through evaluations and SME involvement.
