Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including project coordination or governance roles.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) or Quality/Excellence (EFQM/Lean Six Sigma) desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience in large organizations (educational institutions, government, or professional services) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support corporate excellence initiatives.
• Research and recommend corporate excellence best practices and problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop and implement processes, systems, and practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Document and track CEO Office projects; coordinate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Provide regular progress updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Monitor corporate risks and audit findings; ensure timely closure of actions and reporting to management.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to deliver insights for decision making.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver initiatives on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure alignment with QF policies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Support Qatarization goals and share best practices.
