Ariane Real Estate is seeking a high-caliber Projects Control Officer to lead our construction and real estate development portfolio in Qatar. You will drive planning, cost control, EPPM integration, and enterprise-level digital transformation, including migration from Primavera P6 to Power BI dashboards.

The role demands strategic leadership, governance excellence, and ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 20–30 years of experience in large-scale real estate or construction.
• Expert in Primavera P6, Oracle EPPM/OPC, and PowerBI.
• Experience leading project directors and large multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, cost, contracts, engineering, and site execution across all projects.
• Develop and implement the company’s Projects Governance Framework.
• Oversee the full portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish KPIs, executive dashboards, and Board-level reporting.
• Standardize planning processes and baseline schedules.
• Direct the planning & scheduling function and manage P6, EPPM.
• Drive data extraction from P6, ERP, and field reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy

• Leadall project delivery functions (planning, cost, contracts, engineering,site execution).
• Developand implement the company’s Projects Governance Framework.
• Overseethe full projects portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establishcorporate KPIs, executive dashboards, and Board-level reporting.

2. Planning &Scheduling (Advanced)

• Directthe planning & scheduling function for all projects.
• Manage Primavera P6, EPPM, and portfolio dashboards.
• Standardizeplanning processes and baseline schedules.
• ApproveTIAs, delay analysis, and recovery schedules.

3. Cost Control &EVM Integration

• Leadcost control operations across the portfolio.
• Implementfull Earned Value Management (EVM) including EV, PV, AC, CPI, SPI,VAC, EAC, and ETC.
• Ensurecost-schedule integration for accurate forecasting.
• Approveproject budgets and cash flow projections.
• Drivethe transition from traditional reporting to:
• Automateddata extraction from P6, ERP, and field reports
• Overseesystem integration across:
• P6
• EPPM/ OPC
• ERP(SAP/Oracle)
• Cost,Procurement, and Contract systems
• Chairportfolio review meetings (weekly & monthly).
• Trackrisks, issues, and performance trends across all projects.
• Implementsystematic reporting across all project directors.
• Leadplanning, cost control, engineering, risk, and project controls teams.
• Buildorganizational capability in planning & cost control.
• Ensurestrong technical leadership across all projects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 20-30years of experience in large-scale real estate or construction.
• Provensuccess delivering mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and megaprojects.
• Expertin:
• PrimaveraP6
• OracleEPPM / OPC

• Strongleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
