Job summary

Ariane Real Estate in Qatar seeks a senior PMO/Portfolio Leader to drive project controls across mixed-use real estate and mega developments. You will oversee planning, cost control, and governance, delivering on-time, on-budget results through mature dashboards and KPI reporting.

Ideal candidates have 20 years in large-scale real estate or construction, expertise in Primavera P6, Oracle EPPM, and ERP integrations, plus strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project delivery functions planning cost contracts engineering site execution.
• Develop and implement the company’s Projects Governance Framework.
• Oversee the full projects portfolio ensuring on-time on-budget delivery.
• Establish corporate KPIs, executive dashboards and Board-level reporting.
• Direct planning & scheduling for all projects; approve TIAs, delay analysis and recovery schedules.
• Drive transition to Enterprise Power BI dashboards; automate data extraction.
• Chair portfolio review meetings; track risks, issues and performance trends.
• Lead planning, cost control, engineering, risk and project controls teams; build capability.

3 Cost Control amp EVM Integration

Lead cost control operations across the portfolio Implement full Earned Value Management EVM including EV PV AC CPI SPI VAC EAC and ETC Ensure costu2013schedule integration for accurate forecasting Approve project budgets and cash flow projections

4 Digital Transformation amp Dashboards

Drive the transition from traditional reporting to Enterprise Power BI dashboards Automated data extraction from P6 ERP and field reports Oversee system integration across P6 EPPM OPC ERP SAP Oracle Cost Procurement and Contract systems

5 Portfolio Governance

Chair portfolio review meetings weekly amp monthly Track risks issues and performance trends across all projects Implement systematic reporting across all project directors
