The role involves planning and coordinating reviews of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports and driving performance enhancement initiatives, requiring resilience, discretion with sensitive information, and strong interpersonal skills to mediate between departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Operational Planning.
• Experience in multiple sectors and multinational team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical, creative/problem solving, crisis management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with priority.
• Resilient under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advise on Operational Excellence initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate reviews of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports and advise on performance enhancements.
• Act as conflict mediator between departments with strong interpersonal skills.
