Job summary

Malomatia seeks a Portfolio Manager – Strategic Programs to oversee large, high-impact initiatives in Qatar, ensuring timely delivery and strict governance.

You will collaborate with senior government stakeholders to translate strategy into execution, aligning capabilities with Qatar’s IT priorities and creating measurable long-term value. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership of cross-functional teams, and deep transformation program expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably an MBA with specialization in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred; MBA is advantageous for strategic management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience building and scaling teams; strong governance practices.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, automation, and modern systems.
• Knowledge of QA standards and methodologies; Qatari nationals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic programs with senior leadership.
• Oversee delivery of ministry and government projects with quality assurance.
• Engage with government stakeholders; respond to feedback and adjust plans.
• Identify service opportunities and prepare rapid-delivery plans.
• Lead market and technology research to adopt innovative solutions.
• Collaborate to grow national capabilities and strengthen brand as partner.
