Job summary

malomatia seeks a senior delivery leader to drive Data & AI transformation programmes across large-scale engagements in Qatar. You will lead delivery strategy, governance, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure value delivery for Tier-1 clients.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, executive communication, and structured problem-solving to enable strategic decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading consulting delivery engagements.
• Experience managing a portfolio of Data & AI or digital transformation projects at Tier-1 clients.
• Hands-on delivery with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies on large-scale technology programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead delivery strategy, operating model and governance for the consulting unit.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, playbooks and tools.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure value realisation for clients.
• Oversee workforce planning, risk management and client governance across engagements.
