Job summary

Qatar Foundation seeks a senior program manager to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational strategy through project-based work.

You will lead KPI tracking, data analysis, and development of business cases to realize cost savings, revenue growth, and synergies across assets. A cross-functional governance approach and effective stakeholder communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6–8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Practical experience in project management and quantitative and qualitative research/evaluation.
• Strong understanding of corporate performance conceptual frameworks.
• Excellent data analysis with ability to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the delivery of strategic initiatives through project-based work.
• Understand the organizational strategy, track KPIs, and conduct in-depth data analysis to identify initiatives with maximum impact.
• Conduct new opportunity assessments and develop business cases for programs targeting cost savings and revenue augmentation.
• Develop and implement project management approaches for efficient governance and stakeholder communications.
• Track, monitor and report on program performance and budgets on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and attend planning meetings; collaborate with shared services and contracted teams for successful implementation.
