Job summary

Maseera is seeking a Buyer in Doha, Qatar to oversee cradle-to-grave procurement for Program commodity and service requirements, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and ISO 9001 QMS. The role supports the USCENTAF GPMS Program and aligns with company SOPs and contractual obligations.

Under guidance from the Procurement Manager/Site Manager, you will manage PR reviews, RFQ issuance, bid evaluations, and final contract instruments while ensuring proper flow-down clauses and delegated authority for

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management for government or defense programs.
• Familiarity with procurement processes including PRs, RFQs, IFB and RFPs.
• Ability to review and action requests for locally purchased materials and ensure proper approvals and competition.

Responsibilities

• Review and action requests for locally purchased materials to ensure competition and correct POs; track progression to receipt of goods.
• Check PRs for full approvals and charge codes.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and assist with IFBs/RFPs; evaluate offers and negotiate with vendors.
