Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to establish and lead the PMO function, providing governance, portfolio oversight, and strategic direction for large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in PMO, program, or portfolio management, preferably within data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, or technology transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in PMO, program, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience establishing or leading PMO functions.
• Strong background in data centers, AI, cloud, telecommunications, or large-scale technology programs.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and customer-facing engagements.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead PMO governance, processes, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic technology programs and initiatives.
• Provide executive visibility on project performance, risks, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Drive strategic internal initiatives from planning through execution and benefits realization.
• Manage governance and delivery for major customer-facing technology engagements.
• Partner with senior leadership to align programs with business strategy and priorities.
• Develop PMO KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop project/program management teams.
