Job summary

QD-SBG Construction seeks a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead/Specialist to bridge strategy and execution across multiple construction programs. You will establish PMO frameworks, enable executive decision-making, and drive standardization and performance across civil, MEP, infrastructure, and fit-out projects.

The role demands 10–15 years in construction or infrastructure, with PMO/Program Management experience; Qatar or Middle East exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, PM, or Business Administration.
• Master's degree advantageous for senior PMO roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-RMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the PMO framework, policies, and project governance standards across the organization.
• Align programs with strategic objectives and client commitments; develop roadmaps and master schedules.
• Provide dashboards and analytics to support executive decision-making and governance reporting.
