Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions is seeking a senior leader to head portfolio management in Doha, Qatar. The role involves shaping a high-value program delivery office, coordinating multiple workstreams, and working with senior executives and government entities to drive strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in transformation, consulting or large enterprise programmes, with a strong commercial mindset and exceptional analytical capabilities, plus the ability to influence

Qualifications

Strong experience across large-scale transformation, programmes, portfolios or strategic delivery.
Experience working with senior executives and complex stakeholder groups.
Background with a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise.
Exceptional commercial, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification advantageous.
Strong interest and capability in leveraging AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
