The role requires strong storytelling with stakeholders, a commercial mindset, and the ability to move quickly from strategy to execution in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Strong recent experience in AI, GenAI, analytics, or automation programs.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives.
• Proven record delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with delivery discipline.
• Able to operate independently and at pace.

Responsibilities

• Strategize AI priorities with executive leadership and develop enterprise AI roadmaps.
• Identify organizational challenges and high-value AI use cases with ROI justifications.
• Lead end-to-end solution design including data models, governance, and integrations.
• Direct delivery programs: pilots, PoCs, production deployments, scaling, and governance.
