Job summary

VodafoneThree seeks an experienced IT Transformation Leader to manage and drive assigned programs and projects within defined timelines, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. You will own scope, allocate resources, identify risks, implement change control, and deliver high-quality results across telecom initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant IT transformation experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex systems.
• Experience in partner/vendor management and different engagement models.
• Knowledge of IT applications development lifecycle and negotiation with third parties.
• Strong understanding of telecom systems and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver assigned programs/projects within defined timelines, cost, and quality requirements.
• Own project scope, allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks, and implement change control processes.
• Establish governance to oversee programs, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to stakeholders per schedule.
• Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers to maximize outputs and alignment with objectives.
• Drive realization of benefits and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Navigate complex projects with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with strategy.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Line Manager.
