Job summary

Vistas Global seeks an experienced Manager – HR Transformation & Change to lead people readiness across the end-to-end HR transformation. The role will connect change management, communications, training coordination and HR Operating Model transition into one integrated plan, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for new systems, processes and ways of working.

The role will also support the internal HR project team on change-adjacent project delivery activities and steer transitional HR Operating

Qualifications

• Over 10 years total experience in change management, org comms and HR transformation.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle ERP/HCM implementations.
• Proven in go-live, Hypercare and post-go-live reinforcement activities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prosci or ACMP certification preferred.
• Experience in aviation, airport or 24/7 shift-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead people readiness across end-to-end HR transformation.
• Connect change management, communications, training coordination and HR Operating Model transition into one integrated plan.
• Monitor adoption KPIs, readiness risks and stakeholder sentiment; report insights.
• Support HR project teams on change-adjacent activities; steer operations through go-live and Hypercare.
• Engage with HR leadership, HR CoEs, HRBPs, IT and program delivery partners.
