Job summary

malomatia seeks a Senior Officer Change Management to establish and scale a centralized function, defining governance, SOPs, and intake processes for enterprise-wide change. The role drives adoption and minimizes resistance while aligning with transformation goals.

You will partner with senior leaders to design strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure sustainable change across multiple initiatives, coordinating with HR, IT, and Communications as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience, with 3+ in a similar role.
• Change management certification required (Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and operationalize malomatia’s centralized change management function and governance models.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with transformation vision.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business strategy and growth.
