Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha seeks a senior HR leader to act as trusted advisor to senior management, designing HR strategy, plans, and governance across the organization. You will drive capability, succession, and learning initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and localization goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with business units, communicating progress, and managing the HR budget, with a focus on performance, meritocracy, and diversity.

Qualifications

• Five years HR Generalist Experience.
• Previous experience as a HR Business Partner.
• HR, Psychology or Business Management Degree.
• CIPD qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior line management on HR matters.
• Create a HR strategy for the Store and the annual HR Plan.
• Communicate plans and progress against the plan to the HR Function and the Business Units.
• Develop and implement learning and development plans and succession/retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policy, DOA, and governance; monitor localization targets.
• Provide budget oversight and regular financial reporting of people costs.
• Lead change management and coach management and HR teams across business units.
