Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing HR strategy for the cluster and properties, aligning with regional strategies.
• Partnering with property management to hire and train HR staff with strong leadership capabilities.
• Overseeing benefits education, administration, and total compensation planning.
• Managing staff development activities and HR policy implementation across properties.
• Ensuring implementation of brand initiatives and HR audits to improve performance and cost control.
