Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a Human Resource And Administration Manager to lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions across two GCC countries, with a focus on Qatar. You will drive manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, and policy development to align with local regulations and business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, 9–15+ years of HR/administration experience, and expertise in GCC labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline, Master’s preferred.
• Proven 9–15+ years in HR/administration with a managerial track record.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour practices and Qatar regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions for two countries.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle, manpower planning, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local laws and business needs.
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential HR records and dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with labour, immigration, and statutory requirements.
• Coach senior management on HR, employee relations, and performance matters.
