Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Doha to organize and control front-of-house F&B operations per strategic plans. The role includes governance of concessions and JV oversight, plus driving analytics to grow market share across all outlets.

You will lead the team to maintain best-in-class service, develop cyclical product offers, ensure HACCP standards, and maximize profitability while upholding brand excellence across global operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant college or university degree to at least Bachelor's level.
• F&B service qualifications (City & Guilds) and HACCP knowledge.
• Experience in hospitality operations within international settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house F&B operations and landside outlets.
• Drive financial performance and cost control across outlets.
• Develop and implement menu offers and pricing strategies.
• Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards are met consistently.
• Coordinate with JVCo and concessions on brand and menu.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams to achieve service excellence.
