Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced professional to lead external stakeholder engagement and support senior leadership across institutional relationships and official engagements. The role requires strong regional networks, sound judgment, polished communication, and a disciplined approach to execution.

You will navigate complex stakeholder environments, anticipate requirements, and ensure matters progress efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in external affairs, institutional relations or senior stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong written communication in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with public institutions, industry bodies, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate institutional correspondence, submissions, approvals, and follow-up with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare senior leadership for external meetings with concise briefings, background research, and engagement plans.
• Oversee arrangements for high-level meetings, delegations, and formal engagements with appropriate representation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding matters and deliver agreed actions.
• Monitor external developments and advise leadership on potential implications.
• Maintain clear records of stakeholder engagements, commitments, and pending actions.
• Exercise discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive relationships.
