Client of Brunel is seeking a senior communications and business relations professional in Qatar to develop and implement annual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with corporate objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (master's preferred).
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in business relations, corporate communication, public relations, government relations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Field experience in local or regional Food & Agri. Businesses (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with digital communication and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business relations and communication plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate plans with departments and subsidiaries to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
• Maintain stakeholder maps and engagement plans; manage management reports on progress, risks and decisions.
• Oversee corporate announcements, speeches, publications and digital content for Arabic and English audiences.
• Monitor media coverage and stakeholder feedback; coordinate with management, Legal and business owners on responses.
• Prepare materials for spokespersons and ensure brand identity and guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate events, official visits and protocol arrangements within budgets.
• Support crisis communication arrangements and track lessons learned for future planning.
