Confidential seeks a senior leader to direct enterprise partnerships and strategic alignment, advancing institutional priorities and long-term objectives. You will oversee partnerships, sponsorships, philanthropy, and external positioning to ensure financial sustainability.

You will engage governments and ministries, establish governance and performance measures, and advise executives on high-value opportunities.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree as specified in the requirements.
• 8 years of relevant full-time experience, with 5 years in a senior supervisory role in partnerships or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and influence senior internal and external stakeholders across sectors.
• Strong understanding of Qatar, GCC, and international partnership landscapes, including public‑private collaboration, sponsorship, and fundraising.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide partnerships and strategic alignment to advance priorities.
• Oversee strategic growth, sponsorship, philanthropy, and institutional advancement activities.
• Direct engagement with ministries, diplomatic entities, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Establish governance, frameworks, operating models, and performance measures for partnership management.
• Advise executives on high-value opportunities, risks, and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Finance, Legal, Communications, Government Affairs, and Human Capital.
• Represent the organization in senior-level engagements locally and internationally.
• Build and lead a high-performing Partnerships and Strategic Alignment team; manage risk, compliance, and reporting.
