Job summary

Airswift seeks a Senior Commercial & Contract Lead in Doha to direct the contract subteam on a multi-billion EPCC LNG megaproject. You will drive post-award contract administration, value protection, and change management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Collaborating with SUPPLY, Legal, and Risk, you will shape dispute prevention and resolution, align stakeholders, and support Major Projects’ digital strategy while mentoring local talent and ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or engineering.
• 10+ years in multi-billion lump sum major energy projects (post-award).
• Experience as project/contract manager is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contracting direction post-award through close-out.
• Advise on claims and disputes prevention and resolution per governance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and SUPPLY for contract issues and mitigation.
