Job summary

IRM Energy & Technology in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced contract leader to drive post-award EPCC management for a multi-billion-dollar project. You will lead the contract subteam, manage changes, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Management to ensure successful delivery.

Role emphasizes negotiation, risk assessment, and driving digital transformation within Major Projects. Candidates with 10+ years in energy contracts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or Engineering.
• 10+ years’ post-award experience in multi-billion-dollar Lump Sum Energy projects.
• Project Managers, Construction Managers or Project Controls Managers with relevant experience may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award EPCC contract management, value protection and change orders.
• Manage claims and disputes with SUPPLY in line with company’s governance.
• Coordinate contractual issues with Management, Legal, Risk and Functional teams.
• Develop project’s contract management strategies and scenarios.
• Coordinate contract evaluations and close-out activities.
• Lead contractual responses to EPC Contractors across the project.
• Support claims assessment, planning and commercial analysis.
• Drive contract management improvements supporting Major Projects digital strategy.
