Job summary

Ariane Real Estate, a pioneering Qatar-based developer, is seeking a highly organized Store & Inventory Controller to establish and manage the company’s stores, inventory, assets and consumables across all properties and offices.

You will implement inventory control systems, monitor stock movements, maintain accurate records, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure efficient control of materials and assets. Experience in stores management and ERP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stores management or inventory control.
• Experience in real estate, construction, maintenance, or facilities management is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the company’s stores and inventory management system.
• Monitor and control stock levels, material movements, and asset allocation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, tools, office supplies, maintenance items and assets.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with departments regarding material requests and approvals.

Ariane Real Estate is seeking a highly organized anddetail-oriented Store & Inventory Controller to establish, manage, andcontrol the company’s stores, inventory, materials, assets, and consumablesacross all company properties, offices, and operational locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementinginventory control systems, monitoring stock movement, maintaining accuraterecords, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuringefficient control of company materials and assets.

This role requires strong experience in stores management,inventory control, procurement coordination, and ERP systems, preferably withinthe real estate, construction, facilities management, or property managementsector.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Inventory Management

• Establishand organize the company’s stores and inventory management system.
  
• Monitorand control stock levels, material movements, and asset allocation.
  
• Maintainaccurate inventory records for all materials, tools, office supplies,maintenance items, and company assets.
  
• Conductregular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
  
• Ensureproper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
  
• Trackissuance and return of materials and equipment.
  
• Maintainrecords of fixed assets, maintenance tools, and operational equipment.
  
• Coordinatewith departments regarding material requests and approvals.
  
• Monitorminimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  

Procurement Coordination

• Coordinatewith procurement and suppliers for material delivery schedules.
  
• Verifyreceived quantities and quality against purchase orders and deliverynotes.
  
• Prepareinventory and stock movement reports for management review.
  

System & Reporting

• Maintaininventory records using ERP systems, Excel, or inventory managementsoftware.
  
• Generateweekly and monthly inventory reports.
  
• Ensureproper documentation for all stock transactions.
  
• Implementinventory control procedures and best practices.
  

Compliance & Operations

• Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Identifydiscrepancies and investigate stock variances.
  
• Supportoperational departments with timely material availability.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’sDegree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, orrelated field.
  
• Minimum5 years of experience in stores management or inventory control.
  
• Experiencein real estate, construction, maintenance, or facilities management ishighly preferred.
  
• Strongknowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
  
• Excellentorganizational and record-keeping skills.
  
• Strongproficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
