Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a Spa & Recreation Coordinator to drive membership engagement, manage member profiles, and support spa reception operations. You will serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring proactive follow-up and accurate profile management.

You will monitor expirations, renewals, and promote membership benefits while coordinating with Spa and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Membership Administration, Member Relations or similar hospitality areas.
• Strong guest service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership engagement, retention, and growth while providing administrative support to Spa & Recreation.
• Serve as the primary contact for members and maintain accurate profile management.
• Monitor expirations and actively drive renewals; promote membership benefits and growth opportunities.
• Support spa reception operations and coordination with Spa and Finance teams; ensure compliance documentation.
