Position Summary

The Spa & Recreation Coordinator is responsible for driving membership engagement, retention, and growth while providing administrative and operational support to the Spa & Recreation Department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring accurate profile management, proactive member follow-up, renewal conversion, and exceptional service standards. The Coordinator also supports spa reception operations, departmental administration, MGS and Book4Time processes, compliance documentation, and coordination between the Spa and Finance teams.

To maximize membership retention, growth, and guest engagement by maintaining strong relationships with members, ensuring accurate profile management, proactively promoting membership benefits, and providing professional administrative support that enhances the overall efficiency of Spa & Recreation operations.

Act as the primary contact person for all Spa and Recreation members. Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular communication and follow-up. Monitor membership expirations and actively drive membership renewals. Promote membership benefits and encourage membership growth opportunities. Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, contact information, and membership records. Recognize member milestones, birthdays, and special occasions to enhance loyalty and engagement. Generate membership reports and ensure accurate membership administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Membership Administration, Member Relations, Spa Operations, Hospitality Administration, or a similar customer-focused environment.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
