Our client is a fast-growing financial services platform providing innovative working capital solutions to SMEs across the UAE. The role focuses on assessing credit applications, performing financial analysis, and proposing lending solutions to enhance working capital availability.

You will engage with clients to understand their financial position, monitor exposures, and support policy development to improve credit processes through data-led assessments. UAE market experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting or lending.
• Experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking or SME Lending.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment and repayment capacity.
• Proven experience preparing credit proposals and making lending recommendations.
• Exposure to working capital facilities, invoice financing or receivables financing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assess SME credit applications and evaluate financial performance, cash flows and existing debt obligations.
• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to determine repayment capacity and assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, risk assessments and lending recommendations.
• Evaluate financing requirements and structure appropriate solutions to support clients' working capital needs.
• Assess invoice financing, receivables financing and other SME lending opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand their business models and financing requirements.
• Monitor credit exposures and identify early warning indicators and risk mitigation measures.
• Support portfolio reviews, facility renewals and amendments, as well as new client assessments.
• Contribute to development of credit policies, underwriting standards and risk frameworks.
