Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an on-site HSE Inspector in Qatar to conduct safety inspections, monitor compliance with permit-to-work procedures, and identify hazards across oil and gas or industrial projects. The role requires a Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, with NEBOSH IGC preferred.

Qualifications

Relevant safety inspection experience; oil and gas or industrial project experience preferred.
Knowledge of risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and emergency procedures.
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect work sites, equipment, and activities to identify safety hazards and unsafe practices.
Monitor compliance with site HSE procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and PPE standards.
Check high-risk activities, including lifting, work at height, and confined-space entry.
Report safety observations and follow up on corrective actions.
Support incident investigations, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
Maintain inspection records and prepare safety reports.
