Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking an experienced HSE professional to prepare risk assessments, review permits, and monitor high‑risk activities. The role requires strong knowledge of safety systems and auditing experience.

You will conduct toolbox talks and inductions, perform site inspections, support incident investigations, and maintain safety records to ensure compliance with client and airport requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HSE role in a comparable environment.
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
• Practical knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and record-management skills.
• Ability to comply with airport security and client HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements.
• Issue and audit permits-to-work and monitor high-risk activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and HSE inductions.
• Perform site safety inspections and HSE audits.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain HSE records including PPE, training, and fitness documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable site HSE requirements.
