Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking a senior QC/QA Inspection Lead with extensive Oil & Gas experience to oversee quality control during projects and shutdowns. You will manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors, verify materials, witness tests, and ensure documentation integrity.

Role requires leadership, field installation experience, and compliance with HSE standards; GCC exposure and relevant certifications enhance candidacy.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas QC/QA.
• GCC experience required (5–7 years).
• Experience managing QC Engineers & Inspectors.
• Shutdown/Turnaround experience is an advantage.
• Field installation experience: piping, structural steel, tanks/welding.
• Mandatory certifications: CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE and IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect welding, piping and mechanical installations.
• Verify materials, consumables and welding electrodes against specs.
• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic and NDT tests.
• Maintain inspection reports, test certificates and compliance records.
• Identify non-conformances and report corrective actions.
• Ensure inspections align with HSE standards.
