Job summary

Qatar Living is seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join our Doha operations. The role requires a minimum of five years in brownfield oil & gas or heavy industrial projects and NEBOSH IGC certification.

You will drive HSE inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations on-site, coordinating with clients and project teams to uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include ensuring PTW/JRA compliance, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining HSE documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in brownfield, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
• NEBOSH IGC mandatory and valid QA/QC awareness is expected.
• Knowledge of PTW, JRA, HSE inspections and incident investigation is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct HSE inspections, hazard identifications, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Verify PTW, JRA, confined space, working at height, hot work and LOTO practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation and report incidents with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client and project team to ensure regulatory compliance.
