Qualifications

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and risk assessment.
• Experience with permit-to-work systems and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site HSE procedures per requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site observations.
• Ensure PPE usage and permit-to-work compliance.
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents and support corrective actions.
