Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ship owners, captains, procurement teams, suppliers, and port authorities.
• Process orders, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to vessels.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate stock with suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate customs clearance and port documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar port regulations and maritime safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth dispatch.
