Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Server Assistant/Busperson to join the Food & Beverage team. You will clear tables, reset stations, and support the server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in line with Four Seasons standards.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong English communication, and a commitment to workload flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Good personal and interpersonal skills.

This role assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that conforms to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Perform side work, polish silverware, and refill condiment containers.
• Crumb tables.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Education Qualifications:

Degree & Diploma in the Hotel Management

Skills Required:

• General food knowledge.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
