Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Server Assistant/Busperson to join the Food & Beverage team. You will clear tables, reset stations, and support the server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in line with Four Seasons standards.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong English communication, and a commitment to workload flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in hotel management.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet Four Seasons standards and service expectations.
• Outgoing personality with a can-do approach.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them according to specification.
• Polish silverware, perform side work, refill condiment containers.
• Crumb tables.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
